Role Description The Consulting Chef role is a contract, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Consulting Chef will collaborate with us to create and cost menus, do food trials and tastings for our clients, develop standardized recipes and train the staff. The role also involves advising on supplier selection, inventory management, food safety compliance, and operational efficiencies. The Consulting Chef will also support openings, menu launches, and ongoing performance improvements.

Qualifications




Strong culinary skills with experience in restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen environments, including menu development and recipe standardization.
Proven ability to design and implement kitchen workflows, SOPs, and food safety practices that support consistent quality and efficiency.
Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff, including onboarding, skills development, and performance guidance.
Knowledge of cost control, menu pricing, vendor management, and basic F&B; operations to support profitable kitchen management.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts, conduct tastings, and adapt to diverse client needs.
Ability to work in office, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional consulting teams.
Formal culinary education or qualified certification is preferred; prior experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Consulting Chef is an advantage.
