About the Role The Product Team will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of product initiatives within the Corporate Salary segment. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager/Lead to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about driving customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualizing and executing product enhancements and recent launches
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product strategy
Track product performance metrics and generate actionable insights
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Digital, Risk, Compliance, Operations) for smooth implementation
Support digital journey improvements and customer experience initiatives




Prepare training content and assist in frontline enablement
Ensure documentation and compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain project trackers and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute
6+ years of experience in consumer products
