Qualification: B.Com, BBA or M.Com; MBA in Finance/Banking or PG Diploma in Banking & Finance preferred

About the Role

n

AISECT India is looking for a Financial Inclusion & RFID Coordinator to support and coordinate financial inclusion, digital financial services, and RFID-linked initiatives. The role involves programme coordination, field operations, stakeholder management, monitoring, MIS, and implementation support across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate financial inclusion, digital financial services, and RFID-linked programmes.
n
Support implementation and operational activities across multiple locations.
n




Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme execution and timely follow-up.
n
Monitor programme performance and contribute to Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) activities.
n
Maintain and analyse programme data, MIS, reports, and operational updates.
n
Support initiatives related to Digital Financial Inclusion (DFI) and RFID/Fastag solutions.
n
Coordinate with field teams, partners, and other stakeholders for effective project implementation.
n
Assist in project management, documentation, reporting, and implementation support.
n
Track operational progress and ensure timely resolution of field-level requirements.
