Role Description The Document Examiner is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and organizing tax and financial documents to support accurate ITR filing and advisory services. Day-to-day activities include validating documentation for completeness and compliance, preparing and formatting client records, and maintaining organized document systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage. The role involves collaborating with tax and financial advisors, communicating with clients to clarify document requirements or discrepancies, and ensuring that all records meet internal quality standards and relevant regulatory guidelines.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bathinda, requiring consistent presence at the office to coordinate closely with the team and support smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Document Preparation and Legal Document Preparation to create, format, and organize accurate client records.




Candidates should possess effective Document Management skills to maintain secure, well-structured, and accessible filing systems.
Candidates should possess thorough Document Review skills to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance of tax and financial documents.
Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams regarding document requirements and corrections.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
Familiarity with tax-related documentation or financial services environments is an advantage.
Proficiency with basic office software and digital document tools.
Relevant diploma or degree in commerce, finance, law, or a related field is preferred.
