nWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Admissions to lead and scale the complete admissions function.
NThis is not just a sales leadership role. We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of admissions revenue, conversion, team performance, customer experience, and long-term business growth.

Lead and manage the complete Admissions function with end-to-end ownership. N
Own admissions revenue,conversion rates, productivity, and overall business performance. N
Manage the complete admissions funnel from lead generation and first interaction to counselling, conversion, payment, onboarding, and retention. N
Build, manage, and scale high-performing admissions and counselling teams. N
Develop strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue and admissions targets. N
Analyse the complete sales and admissions funnel to identify gaps,



bottlenecks, drop-offs, and prospects for improvement. N
Monitor key performancemetrics including leads, connect rates, counselling performance, conversion rates, follow-ups, revenue, productivity, and retention. N
Identify customer objections and decision-making patterns and develop strategies to improve conversion. N
Build solid and scalable processes, SOPs, dashboards, review mechanisms, and performance frameworks. N
Establish effective daily, weekly, and monthly performance review systems. N
Coach and mentor Counsellors, Team Leaders, Managers, and other admissions leadership teams. N
Develop future leaders and create a solid leadership pipeline within the admissions function. N
Improve team communication, counselling quality, objection handling, follow-up discipline, and closing capabilities. N
Manage remote and geographically distributed teams, where applicable. N
