Coordination with production for process adherence.

Calibration of equipment.

ISO internal audit.

Will be responsible for Assembly Inspections.

Assembly final inspection.

Inspection of Machined components

Documentation.

OEM Incoming inspection.

Preparation of Quality control charts / ITP

Valuable communication skills.

Should be able to prepare reports and ppt presentations.

Root Cause analysis

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

BE Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering

Knowledge of ISO 9001

3 to 5 years of experience in any equipment assembly unit involving bearings and machined components.

2 years of experience in inspecting Machined components of large size such as gear boxes, valves etc.
