Role Description This Founders Office Intern role is an internship position designed to provide exposure to strategic and operational initiatives directly supporting the founders and leadership team. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating meetings, tracking key projects, and assisting with internal communication and documentation. The intern may also help analyze business data, draft strategic notes, and support cross-functional collaboration with technology, sales,



and operations teams.

This is a hybrid role based in Ranchi, where regular in-office presence is expected, with some flexibility for work from home depending on project needs.

Qualifications
Robust analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
Proficiency in basic business tools, including spreadsheets, presentation software, and document management platforms.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn, take initiative, and work closely with senior stakeholders.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; interest in startups or IT services is a strong plus.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup from Ranchi, with readiness for both in-office and remote collaboration.
