Role Description
This is a full time, in office role for a Freight Broker based in Noida.
The Freight
Broker will be responsible for facilitating transportation solutions by connecting shippers and carriers, managing logistics operations, and ensuring shipments are delivered on schedule. Additional responsibilities include customer service,
managing client accounts, coordinating dispatches, and building strong relationships with both clients and carriers. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations and ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications
· Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
· Customer Service and logistics Management skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
· Detail-oriented and organised
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Experience in the logistics and transportation industry is a plus
· Generating leads, attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
· Identifying and selecting reputable and safe freight carriers.
· Providing shipping quotes to customers.
· Informing customers about shipment status and assisting with other inquiries.
· Positive experience in sales and international core sales.
