About the Role

Voyager Trade is a digital marketplace that helps buyers across the US and other global markets discover and source commodities from verified Indian suppliers.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for the platform. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role where you'll work directly with leadership to build and scale Voyager Trade's growth engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth
Plan and execute campaigns across paid, organic, and outbound channels to drive qualified leads and buyer inquiries
Define target audiences, buyer personas, and acquisition strategies for global markets
Identify and experiment with recent growth channels and opportunities

Brand & Market Development
Increase Voyager Trade's visibility through content and webinars
Build trust and awareness among importers, distributors, wholesalers, and procurement teams
Support thought leadership and market positioning initiatives

Website, SEO & Conversion
Develop SEO-driven content and landing page strategies targeting buyers looking to source from India
Create lead magnets, sourcing guides, and other growth assets




Improve conversion rates through testing, optimization, and data-driven insights

Analytics & Operations
Track key growth metrics including leads, conversions, acquisition costs, and campaign performance
Build reporting dashboards and generate actionable insights
Work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with paid marketing channels, lead generation, and marketing analytics
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms

Valuable to Have
Experience in B2B marketplaces, international trade, sourcing, supply chain, or cross-border commerce
Experience targeting US or international audiences
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms

Able to operate independently in a rapid-paced environment with high ownership
