Qualification: B.E/B.Tech+ MBA

Certificate: PMP or Prince 2 Certified

n

Experience: 10+ Years after education

Notice: Immediate/15 Days

Onsite Location: Bhopal

Roles and responsibilities:

n

Project Manager of Data Center:

n

n
In charge of the entire O&M; Process
n
Single Point of Contact for Govt. for all interactions regarding Datacenter
n
In charge of OEM Escalation and ensuring that spares and services are available On-Demand
n
Would head the weekly in-house review meetings
n
In charge of Overall Site Infrastructure (both IT and non-IT)
n
Manpower lead for the project
n
Would approve Major Change Requests and Reports before submission to Govt. for approval
n
Would take on the role of Physical Security Manager and IT Security Policy enforcer for the
n
The Project Manager would in turn be guided by Senior Directors from SI.
n




Would ensure Site Inventory and maintain a log of changes in DC equipment.
n

n

Proven experience as a Project Manager in Data centre operations.

n

Solid understanding of Data centre technologies and infrastructure, including experience in:

n

n
Server technologies
n
Storage systems
n
Database management
n
Operating systems – Redhat/Windows/etc.
n
Network architecture
n
Virtualization technologies – Redhat/VMWare/etc.
n
Cloud computing platforms
n
Cybersecurity practices
n
Non-IT infrastructure (e.g., power, cooling, physical security)
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
n
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
n
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
