Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with vendors
Handle guest complaints and resolve escalations efficiently
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Manage and supervise bar operations.

Requirements
Any Undergraduate, Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
1–10 years of experience in restaurant operations
Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred (Good to Have):
Experience in bar operations




Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer-centric approach
