Role Description The Executive role at Golf Island Residences is a full time, in office position based in Gurugram. The Executive will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of services.

Responsibilities may include managing documentation, assisting with sales or client relations, tracking project or operational updates, and preparing reports and presentations for management. The Executive will also help organize meetings and events, maintain accurate records,



and collaborate with cross-functional departments to address resident inquiries and service requests. This role requires a professional who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and uphold the brand’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, clients, and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with using digital tools and management systems.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or residential community management is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in office in Gurugram, maintain a professional demeanor, and provide courteous, solution-focused support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
