The HR Department is responsible for finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

About the Role:

The Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) role involves designing and anchoring of Talent Management initiatives. This role involves design and execution of the Bank�s talent mobility initiatives in line with the HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

� Design and implement policy, processes and programs for internal mobility

� Create career pathways for employees to facilitate horizontal and vertical movements across the Bank

� Develop assessment and certification journeys for employees to facilitate mobility





� Collaborate with all HR COEs to redesign policies and processes in line with mobility objectives.

� Drive change management for the program across the Bank, collaborating with senior leaders

� Develop a technology driven talent marketplace
