About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

The role will be responsible for delivering current applications and enhancements, developing complex CRM customizations, integrating business systems, and providing ongoing technical support for existing solutions. The senior developer will take ownership of technical delivery, ensure solutions follow development standards, and guide junior developers when required.

The ideal candidate will combine solid hands-on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 expertise with the ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

Position location in Gurgaon/Remote, India. This position is reporting to Digital and Data Solutions Manager

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
Design and develop internal or external portals using Power Pages.




Build complex workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations using Power Automate.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM, including Dataverse tables and relationships, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, security roles, access models, custom commands, and user-interface components.
Develop advanced CRM customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET plugins, custom APIs, and web resources.
Implement integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, ERP, and third-party applications using REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, development tasks, and working solutions.
Deliver recent applications, features, enhancements, and integrations from development through production deployment.
