What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The Production Application Support Specialist is responsible for preparing, deploying, and validating application packages in non-production environments. This role collaborates closely with development, QA,



and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth and reliable application releases. The specialist conducts thorough testing of installation, upgrade, and uninstallation processes, maintains accurate documentation, and proactively resolves packaging and deployment issues. The position requires solid technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in support of successful project delivery.
