Role Description The IT and DEO role at Endocare Hospitalar is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system support, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for the office environment. The individual will handle data entry operations (DEO), maintaining accurate and timely records in company systems, updating databases, and generating reports as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and providing responsive support to users.



The role also requires adherence to data security standards, documentation of IT processes, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Network Administration and Network Security to maintain stable and secure infrastructure.
Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills to resolve system and application issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to support internal users and communicate technical information clearly.
Candidates should possess accurate data entry abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, databases).
Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and follow established procedures and security protocols.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
