Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the 2D & 3D Designer for multiple residential projects.
Handle projects from client requirements to final design freeze.
Conduct consultation calls and client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions.
Review and quality-check 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D designs.
Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and timely deliverables across the team.
Guide designers on design, technical detailing, materials, and client requirements.
Maintain solid client communication and coordination throughout the design process.
