nWe are seeking a highly skilled, agile, and result-oriented Verbal Ability Trainer to join our test preparation team. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students to ace the Verbal sections of standardized exams, specifically the GMAT, GRE, and SAT.

nLocation: You will be required to work at two centers - Vashi and Thane ( 3 days each )

n

nJob role: Full time, offline

n

nWork schedule: 9 hours a day on weekdays and 10 hours on weekends, any one weekday is the week off day.

n1. Classroom Delivery & Student Mentorship

nDeliver High-Impact Sessions: Conduct engaging classes covering Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, Sentence Correction, and Text Completion/Sentence Equivalence.

n

nStrategy-Driven Teaching: Focus not just on grammar and vocabulary, but on teaching core test-taking strategies, pacing, and eliminating cognitive traps.

n

nDiagnostic Analysis: Review students' diagnostic and mock test scores to identify individual strengths and weaknesses, providing personalized feedback and study plans.

n

n2. Content Development & Quality Assurance

n

nCurriculum Enhancement: Assist in designing, updating, and refining course materials, practice questions,



and mock tests to align with current official test patterns (e.g., the GMAT Focus Edition, Digital SAT, and Shorter GRE).

n

n3. Student Engagement & Support

n

nDoubt Resolution: Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student is left behind.

nProgress Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of student attendance, engagement, and mock score trajectories.

nQualifications

n

n
Preferred experience in teaching Verbal for competitive exams like GMAT, GRE, SAT, CAT or similar competitive exams or, experience in teaching English.
n
Extremely well adapted with logical reasoning.
n
Excellent communication ability.
n
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree ( full time ) with specialization in English.

nRequired Skills

Experience in teaching Verbal for competitive exams.

Solid communication skills.

nPreferred Skills

nExperience in teaching GMAT/ SAT/ GRE /CAT Verbal Ability.
