Junior Architect / Architect – Design

Job Summary

n

Develop and manage architectural designs for high-rise residential projects, from concept development through detailed design stages, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for

n

execution at site.

n

• Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape

n

consultants Drawings.

n

• Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify

n

the standard layouts accordingly.

n

n
Knowledge of byelaws
n
Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect




n
Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.
n

n

Qualifications

n

• Bachelor's / master's degree in architecture

n

Experience

n

Junior Architect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects

n

Architect: 6+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects

n

Key Skills

n

CAD, Revit/BIM
n
Design development
n
Code knowledge
n
Coordination
n
Must have robust written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada
