Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Lead with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript technologies to join our growing team. As a Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery of intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

Roles And Responsibilities
Lead the front-end development team, providing technical guidance,



code reviews, and mentorship.
Develop complex front-end solutions using up-to-date JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js, Angular).
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Define front-end coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
Evaluate and recommend recent technologies, tools, and libraries to improve development efficiency.
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment and maintenance.
