What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The HR Reporting & Analytics Lead will shape how data drives decisions by leading the development of accurate, compliant, and actionable workforce insights. This role will partner across the organization to enable informed decision-making, strengthen compliance, and elevate the strategic value of HR data.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys turning complex operational data into practical insights, clear dashboards, and disciplined reporting routines that help leaders make better decisions. The role will work across functions, systems, and regions to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and make performance information easier to access, understand, and act upon.

How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):





Success in this role requires both robust execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
Lead the design, development, and governance of HR reporting and analytics across the global HR function
Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant dashboards, reports, and insights to support enterprise decision-making
Translate business and HR strategy into actionable workforce insights and reporting solutions
Establish data governance standards, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to define key metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
Drive workforce planning, capacity modeling, and trend analysis using HR data
Enable self-service analytics capabilities and improve accessibility of insights for stakeholders
Lead audit and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring readiness and compli
