As P&L; Lead, you will be accountable for how the client's enterprise customers experience, adopt, and derive lasting value from their Voice AI platform. You will partner deeply with customers, from feasibility and onboarding through to stabilization and long-term success.This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, execution, customer success, deployment excellence, and business outcomes.

You will own the complete customer journey for a set of key accounts, ensuring that every deployment translates into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with the pod leads and central teams to maintain execution excellence, solid account health, and scalable delivery practices.

What You'll Be Doing
Own the P&L; for the assigned portfolio,



balancing revenue growth and business outcomes, deliver quality and operational efficiency.
Run feasibility analysis before signing up current customers, ensuring the right fit and setting up deployments for success from day one
Manage the complete product delivery lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing success
Engage deeply with customer stakeholders to understand goals, risks, deployment requirements, and success metrics, acting as a senior trusted partner to their teams
Drive product delivery, ensuring customers can operationalize their Voice AI agents into their day-to-day workflows with measurable business impact
Plan and execute experimentation cycles, deriving and communicating results and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
Work with Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs) to build custom solutions tailored to individual customer requ
