Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of graphics for digital, social media, websites, print, ads, and presentations.

Develop and maintain brand identity, including visual guidelines, typography, colour palettes, and creative assets.
n
Take ownership of creative concepts and deliver high-quality designs aligned with marketing and business goals.
n
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop impactful campaign visuals.
n
Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
n
Review, refine, and improve designs based on feedback and project requirements.
n
Guide junior designers and maintain consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
n
Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

Core Competencies

2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong and diverse portfolio.
n
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
n
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
n
Strong creative thinking and ability to develop concepts independently.
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
n
Robust communication, collaboration, and feedback-handling skills.
n
Ability to lead creative projects and mentor junior designers.
n
