Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Applications Security.




Robust knowledge of access control mechanisms and security policies within enterprise applications.
Experience in configuring and managing user roles, privileges, and security profiles in Oracle Fusion environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration of security features across multiple modules and systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Security.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
