About the Role

Warter Aviation is looking for a Strategic Manager (Aviation) to manage client enquiries, quotations, international supplier coordination, and follow-ups for aircraft spare parts.

n

This role is suited to someone who is confident in client communication, commercially minded, persistent with follow-ups, and eager to build a career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client enquiries for aircraft spare parts.
n
Post and manage enquiries on aircraft spare-parts websites and platforms.
n
Follow up with clients and provide quotations and regular updates.
n
Coordinate with aircraft spare-parts sellers and suppliers.
n
Compare quotations and negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
n




Maintain regular communication with clients and sellers until each enquiry is closed.
n
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
n

Positive negotiation and convincing skills.

Willingness to learn about aircraft spare parts and aviation terminology.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

MBA from a reputed university preferred.
