Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Responsible for finishing works of high-rise residential projects including masonry, plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows and related works.
Plan and monitor finishing activities as per project schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP and other project teams for smooth execution.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
Monitor manpower, material usage, productivity and resolve site issues.
Conduct inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification and snag closure.
Maintain daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned areas.
