Role Overview

n

We are hiring an Accounts Manager to own the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations at Soiltech. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable in a project-based engineering setting — managing billing cycles, compliance, and reporting with accuracy and independence.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
End-to-end accounting: AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
n
GST filings, TDS returns, advance tax, and statutory compliance
n




Project-wise billing, invoice generation, and receivables follow-up
n
Monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial statements for management
n
Cash flow monitoring, budget tracking, and project cost accounting
n
Payroll processing and timely salary disbursements
n
Vendor management, purchase order processing, and payment cycles
n
Audit readiness — coordination with internal and statutory auditors
n
Banking operations, facility documentation, and liaison
n

Requirements

n

n
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or CA Inter / CMA Inter
n
5–8 years of experience in accounts/finance; engineering or consultancy background preferred
n
Proficiency in Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software
n
Solid MS Excel skills for MIS and reconciliation
n
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
n
Familiarity with project-based / WIP accounting is a plus
