Having a experience of Raw material inspection / MTC Review for boiler and pressure vessel as per ASME and IBR.
2.The candidate has experience in raw material inspection and MTC review for boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with ASME and IBR standards.
3.Knowledge of various national and international standards such as ASME, IBR, IS, EN, etc.
4.Has experience in conducting inspections with customers and TPI inspection agencies.
5.Positive communication skills and experience in coordinating technical issues with customers and suppliers.
Inspection at suppliers' mill for inspection as per PO, TDC and Material specifications
Coordination with Mill and Suppliers for Quality documents i.e MTC, reports, Testing records etc.
Aware of NCR resolution and RCA-CAPA and improvement actions at supplier's works.
Drawing Reading Skill for various pressure part and Raw material components.
