Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a part time hybrid role based in Kanpur, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting interior solutions, and managing the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, conducting follow-ups, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure clear communication of client requirements.

The specialist will support marketing efforts by promoting services through online and offline channels,



assisting with campaigns and promotional activities, and gathering feedback to improve outreach. The role also includes maintaining basic sales reports and participating in training or team meetings to stay aligned with company goals and offerings.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead conversion, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support product or service presentations, client education, and internal knowledge sharing.
Candidates should have basic understanding of marketing principles, particularly in service-based or interior design businesses.
Candidates should demonstrate valuable organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
Prior experience in sales, interiors, construction, real estate, or related fields is an advantage.
A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
