P5 Hospitality is hiring a Kitchen Helper to support daily operations, maintain role-specific standards, and contribute to smooth shift execution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to recipes, portion standards, taste, and presentation expectations.
Maintain mise en place, ensure proper ingredient storage, uphold section cleanliness, and adhere to food safety discipline throughout the shift.
Coordinate effectively with senior chefs, service teams, and dispatch staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Control wastage, strictly follow hygiene Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and promptly report any stock or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor or chef in charge.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or in a similar hospitality kitchen role is preferred.
Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene standards, portion control, and operations in a busy service setting.
Ability to work versatile shifts, maintain speed and efficiency during peak hours, and accurately follow chef instructions.
Demonstrated clean working habits, robust teamwork, discipline, and keen attention to consistency.
