Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manager, HRBP to join our Human Resources team in Noida, India. In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our organization, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to business units. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and practices. Partner with business unit leaders to understand organizational needs and develop tailored HR strategies and solutions
Provide expert HR consultation to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes




Facilitate conflict resolution and handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
Conduct performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers on effective feedback and development conversations
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements
Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records while ensuring data confidentiality
Participate in HR projects and change management initiatives to support organizational objectives
Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
