Position: GET (Operational Excellence)

Responsibilities:
Support productivity and process improvement projects
Collect and analyze operational data
Leading Continuous Improvement Projects and 5S activities
Assist in process documentation and SOP preparation
Support Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing functions

Required Skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
Awareness of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and OEE concepts
Data analysis and reporting aptitude
Positive communication and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and work on shop-floor improvement projects
Team player with a proactive attitude

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
