About the Role

As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while managing day-to-day studio operations. This role requires solid leadership, operational excellence, and a explicit focus on sales, conversions, and member retention.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end studio operations and scheduling
n
Manage, train, and support instructors & front-desk teams
n
Handle enquiries, calls, and lead conversions efficiently
n
Ensure a seamless,
premium client experience—from enquiry to retention
n
Drive memberships, trials, and overall studio revenue
n
Maintain high standards of operations, reporting, and brand consistency
n

Who We're Looking For

Experience managing a Pilates or premium fitness studio
n
Prior calling and sales experience is a must
n
Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
Client-focused with a sales and growth mindset
