Role Description The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul & Short Haul) role is a full time on-site role located in Gurgaon & Jaipur. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings,
and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibility Areas
Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for long-haul & short haul destinations (Europe, Japan, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand, Vietnam, Bali, Singapore, Dubai).
Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements
Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
Pro-actively identify recent business opportunities to increase sales
Represent company values while speaking to customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
