One Identity Manager Lead Consultant

Position Specific Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience with proficiency in:
General One Identity Manager Architecture and functional understanding and ability to create solutions.
Process/Orchestration Skills (One Identity Manager).
IM Tables & SQL knowledge (One Identity Manager).
VB.net Dev (Snr) with One Identity Manager significant practical implementation experience (inc. API integrations).
Synchronization, Reconciliation, Rogue detection.
Proficient in either PowerShell or Python scripting.
Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles.
Valuable experience with at least one Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) product.
Positive understanding of RBAC concepts.
Solid understanding of IT security best practices.
Basic understanding of AD and Azure AD.
Soft skills
Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to illustrate solutions.
Takes ownership of delivery and can coordinate with colleagues, showing leadership.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
