We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to monitor and coordinate our ongoing interior, painting, modular furniture, and renovation projects. The person will regularly visit assigned sites, keep a check on labour, materials, workmanship, timelines, and provide daily updates to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly visit and monitor ongoing sites.
Track labour attendance, work progress and productivity.
Inspect materials, quality and workmanship.
Track project deadlines and pending work.
Coordinate with labour, contractors and vendors.
Identify and report site issues or delays.
Share daily site updates with photos/videos with management.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable travelling to multiple sites.
Two-wheeler preferred.
The role is primarily focused on site monitoring, coordination and reporting to ensure our projects stay on track.
