Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day Civil ARM (Annual Repair & Maintenance) activities.
Monitor repair, maintenance, and renovation works.
Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain daily work progress records and reports.
Handle maintenance teams and attend/resolve complaints received from residents.
Prepare challans and handle administrative paperwork.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
Experience in civil maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
Knowledge of building maintenance and site supervision.
Ability to manage labour and subcontractors.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
