Role Overview: We are looking for an Accountant Cum Operations Manager who can independently handle day-to-day accounting as well as coordinate business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, ledgers, etc.
Prepare invoices, bills, quotations and other commercial documents.
Coordinate with suppliers for prices, availability, MOQ, orders and deliveries.
Manage customer follow-ups, payments and order coordination.
Monitor inventory/stock and coordinate timely procurement.
Coordinate dispatches, deliveries and transporters.
Manage and coordinate office staff and their day-to-day activities.




Maintain proper records and documentation.
Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS and other accounting requirements.
Provide regular updates to management and independently handle routine operational matters.
RequirementsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime and accounting.
Experience in billing, quotations, purchasing and supplier coordination.
Valuable knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Solid communication, follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage people and take ownership of day-to-day operations.
Should be proactive, organized and capable of working independently.
