Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-ups.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates until joining.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Handle candidate communication professionally throughout the hiring process.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring.
Valuable knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
Candidates with experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment will be preferred.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
