Key Responsibilities:
Handle the complete merchandising process from order booking to final dispatch.
Coordinate with buyers/clients regarding orders, requirements, approvals, and production updates.
Manage sampling, costing, T&A;, order planning, and production follow-ups.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Design teams for timely order execution.
Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, samples, and approvals to ensure timely production.
Maintain accurate order-related data, reports, and updates in FMS/Google Sheets.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery as per committed timelines.
Handle buyer queries, resolve order-related issues, and maintain robust client coordination.




Ensure all merchandising activities are properly documented and updated.

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in garment/knitwear manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of sampling, costing, T&A;, production coordination, and order execution.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic computer operations.
Ability to independently handle multiple orders and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling buyers/retail chains/wholesale clients will be preferred.
