We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of calling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English, possess solid communication skills, and be motivated to contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling and Follow-up:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
Introduce and explain the company’s products and services to prospects.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers in a qualified and courteous manner.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the database of leads and customers.
Record and track customer interactions for future reference.
Achieving Targets:
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets set by the comp
