Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products and drive sales.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle upselling, cross-selling and add-on sales.
Maintain product displays, stock availability and store hygiene.
Provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations.
Requirements:
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of retail/sales experience; freshers can apply.
Basic English and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Comfortable working on weekends and festival days.
Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
