Mandatory Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of UK DB pensions claim processing.
Operations & SLA Discipline: Ability to meet SLAs/KPIs and deliver accurate outcomes.
Process & SOP Management: Competence in drafting, updating, and maintaining SOPs with change control.
Communication Skills: Solid written and verbal communication for internal and client interactions.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Compliance Awareness: Understanding of governance, internal controls, and customer outcome principles.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
2–4 years of experience in claim processing or back-office operations (pensions preferred).
