Job Title: Store Manager at Polar Bear – Food Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a robust background in the food industry to oversee daily store operations, ensure quality standards, manage staff, control inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:Manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, staff, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Supervise, train, and schedule store staff.
Monitor stock levels, ordering, storage, and wastage control.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets.




Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth store functioning.
Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
Experience in food industry sectors (restaurant, QSR, bakery, café, FMCG food, retail food) is preferred.
12th pass.and UG/Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Retail Management, or relevant field (preferred).
Skills Required:Solid leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Inventory and cost control expertise.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
