Customer Support Executive – MyPustakCompany: MyPustak (EducateX Labs Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Kolkata / Rajarhat
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 CTC per month
Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist customers with orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and on time.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
Update customer details and order status in the system.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi, Bengali, and English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
