Job Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and food items as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and dining area.
Refill stock, organize supplies, and ensure product availability.
Clear tables and dispose of waste promptly.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (preferred).
Previous experience in a café, restaurant,



or food service is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills:Cash handling and billing knowledge.
Basic English communication.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Time management and multitasking skills.
