Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Reporting Resource to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and data owners to transform raw data into meaningful insights through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create data models, DAX measures, KPIs, and calculated columns.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle, and cloud platforms.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into reporting and visualization solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports.
- Optimize report performance and data refresh schedules.
- Create executive-level dashboards with drill-down and filtering capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
- Document report specifications, data definitions, and reporting processes.
- Support UAT, production deployment, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Strong understanding of reporting, analytics, and dashboard design principles.
- Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills





- Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, Asset Management, or IT Operations reporting.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Services, Data Lake, or Fabric.
- Experience with Power BI Service, Gateway, Workspaces, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and forecasting.
- Understanding of ITIL-based reporting and operational metrics.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Power BI certifications preferred.
