Job Position: MDM DeveloperLocation: Kolkata/Pune Experience: 8 to 12+ Years Shift Timing: UK shift – 2:30 to 11 PM Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and support Informatica MDM & IDMC solutions.Work on Fuzzy Matching, Match & Merge, Survivorship, and Validation Rules.Strong hands-on experience with SIF Framework for ingestion, publishing, exception handling, and troubleshooting.Implement Address Doctor for address cleansing, standardization, and validation.Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL Server/SQL.Handle development, debugging, testing, deployment, performance tuning, and production support.Collaborate with business/technical teams and mentor junior developers.Mandatory Skills5+ to 12+ years of Informatica experience.Strong expertise in Informatica MDM & IDMC.Hands-on experience in SIF, Address Doctor, Match & Merge, Fuzzy Match, Survivorship & Validation.Strong SQL Server/SQL skills.Positive troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Good to HavePowerCenter, CDIPC, IDQ/CDQ, AWS and ETL experience.
