Job Location: Kalol, GujaratExperience: Minimum 2 YearsSalary: As per experience + Attractive IncentivesJob Type: Full time | Target-Based RoleJob ResponsibilitiesCounsel students interested in IELTS, French, and German language courses.Understand students' requirements and recommend the most suitable language programme.Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and referral enquiries professionally.Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries/leads into admissions.Explain course structure, duration, fees, batches, learning outcomes, and admission procedures.Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students until enrolment.Coordinate with language trainers and the academic team regarding batches and student requirements.Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and payments.Develop strong relationships with students and provide effective counselling support.Achieve assigned monthly admission, conversion,



and revenue targets.Prepare and submit regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and target achievement.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in education, language course, student admission, or academic counselling.Experience in counselling for IELTS, French, German, PTE, Duolingo, or similar language programmes will be preferred.Strong communication, counselling, follow-up, and convincing skills.Ability to understand student requirements and convert enquiries into enrolments.Comfortable working in a target-based environment.Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or student enquiry management systems is preferred.Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.CompensationSalary: Based on experience and interview performanceIncentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to salary
