We’re Hiring: Senior Architect / Chief ArchitectLocation: MumbaiExperience: 7+ YearsCTC: Best in MarketIndustry: Hospitality / Data Centres / Real Estate & Developer ProjectsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Chief Architect with 7+ years of relevant experience to lead architectural design and project delivery for large-scale projects across Hospitality, Data Centre, and Developer-led developments.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end architectural project ownership, from concept development and design coordination through statutory approvals, detailed design, and execution support.This role is suited for architects who can independently manage complex projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, interact with clients and stakeholders, and lead architectural teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design and delivery for large-scale Hospitality, Data Centre, and Developer projects.Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, presentations, working drawings, and detailed design packages.Own architectural deliverables from concept design through statutory approvals and execution support.Prepare and coordinate statutory submission drawings and approvals for Mumbai and the Mumbai Region.Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, fire, and other consultants for integrated design solutions.Review drawings for design quality, functionality, compliance, and constructability.Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and internal project teams.Manage project timelines, design deliverables, manpower requirements,



and design priorities.Lead client presentations and communicate design concepts and project progress effectively.Resolve design coordination issues and provide timely architectural solutions during execution.Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior and mid-level architects.Ensure design consistency and minimize design escalations through proactive coordination.Support project teams with architectural clarifications and design revisions during execution.Required Experience7+ years of qualified architectural experience.Strong experience in one or more of the following sectors:Hospitality / Hotels / ResortsData CentresReal Estate / Developer ProjectsExperience handling projects through multiple stages, including concept, design development, statutory approvals, detailed drawings, and execution support.Strong experience in consultant coordination and multidisciplinary project management.Experience with statutory approvals, particularly in Mumbai / Mumbai Region, is preferred.Experience managing architectural teams or mentoring junior architects is preferred.Strong client-facing and presentation skills.QualificationB.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture is mandatory.M.Arch or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.Strong architectural portfolio demonstrating relevant large-scale projects.Preferred Candidate ProfileWe are looking for candidates who have:7+ years of architectural experienceExperience in Hospitality, Data Centre, or Developer-led projectsStrong end-to-end architectural project ownershipExperience from concept to detailed design and statutory approvalsStrong consultant and stakeholder coordination experienceClient-facing and presentation experienceTeam leadership / mentoring exposureGood understanding of architectural regulations and approvalsStrong knowledge of architectural design and documentation
